With just one wall retained from the original property, 166 House was rebuilt as a contemporary home spanning three floors. The project encompassed almost the entire building, transforming its structure, external appearance and interior spaces. At the front, extensive glazing rises into the central gable, framed by textured cladding and crisp rendered elevations. Glass balustrades, coordinated gates and matching boundary details complete the frontage, giving the house a distinctive presence.
Inside, the kitchen brings together dark cabinetry, warm wood tones and a central island, with roof glazing and integrated lighting adding brightness throughout the space. The living room continues the attention to detail through decorative panelling, illuminated display recesses and a feature media wall with a fireplace. A private sauna adds a further feature to the accommodation, while wide glazed openings at the rear connect the home with its garden. The result is a substantial transformation, carried through from the exterior architecture to the smallest interior details.
